HOW DELIVERY WORKS
1. Choose your plan in the option and pay.
2. After payment you will see instructions — message us in the order chat.
3. An operator processes the subscription during working hours (MSK 9:00 - 00:30); we will do our best to be quick and apologise if you hit the night gap.

WARRANTY
The warranty period is listed per plan. During warranty we resolve any subscription issues via order chat.

REFUND TERMS
— Issue on our side (we could not process the subscription, or it stopped working during the warranty period through no fault of yours) — 100% refund.
— Changed your mind after payment — 80% refund, only while the subscription has not been delivered yet and the order can still be cancelled.
— If the subscription is lost due to the buyer´s actions (account credentials changed, in-account actions that broke the subscription, violation of the service´s rules) — no refund.
— For refund requests, message the order chat (working hours MSK 9:00 - 00:30).
