Product description
Petrov sold Yeremeyev a computer for 18,000 rubles, and a document was drawn up with the terms of the agreement and the signatures of both parties. A week after that, Petrov filed a lawsuit to declare the transaction null and void and claimed that he had been forced to sell. It turned out that Eremeev had long ago asked Petrov to sell him a computer, however Petrov did not want to do this. Not abandoning the intention to acquire a computer, Yeremeyev began to threaten Petrov with a suit against him for the reimbursement of the cost of the album with reproductions of paintings, taken by the latter for viewing and spoiled by him. Petrov was forced to make a deal, although he constantly needed the computer himself.
What will be the court decision?
