Philharmonic, being an institution funded

The philharmonic society, being an institution financed from the federal budget, acquired funds from the business activity, acquired several apartments and transferred them to the ownership of its employees. Having received information about the said actions of the philharmonic society, the federal property management body demanded that the agreements on the free transfer of apartments to the property of employees be invalidated, since apartments are state property.
