If you fail to activate the code in the standard way
There are two options to redeem the purchased code:

1) By phone
- Call the Sony hotline 8(800)2007667
- Select item 2 in the voice menu, followed by 1
- After connecting with the operator, ask for help to repay the PSN wallet replenishment code
- The operator verifies you by asking questions, prepare the answers in advance:
The number, date, name and amount of any previous order in the Playstation Store
Network ID in Playstation Network
The mail that is linked to the Playstation account
The number of the bank card linked to the Playstation account

2) Via Email
- Send an email to networksupport@ru.playstation.com with a request to redeem the Playstation Plus subscription renewal code as follows:
The purchased code is the PSN wallet replenishment code

The date of birth that is specified in the Playstation account
The number of the bank card linked to the Playstation account from which purchases were made (if you used PayPal, specify the address
email address to which PayPal is linked);
The number, date, name and amount of any previous order in the Playstation Store
The serial number of the console (indicated on the console itself) from which the account was registered or the first authorization was performed
