Product description

The soap film, located vertically, forms a wedge due to liquid drainage. Interference is observed in reflected light through red glass (lambda = 630 nm). The distance between adjacent red stripes is 3 mm. The same film is then observed through blue glass (lambda = 400 nm). Find the distance between adjacent blue stripes. Assume that during the change the shape of the film will not change and the light falls perpendicular to the surface of the film.
