Progress Joint-Stock Company leased for one year to an individual entrepreneur Fedorov the right to exclusively sell on the territory of St. Petersburg goods produced by a well-known American company to an individual entrepreneur. After some time, Fedorov discovered that another company was selling the same goods without proper legal grounds. He sued her, referring to the concluded lease agreement.
