1. Go to https://store.playstation.com
2. Sign in to your account. If you don´t have an account, create a new one, don´t forget to enter a real Poland address.
3. Section "Account Management" for editing the personal data of the PlayStation Network account.
4. In the second section "Transaction Management" select the line Redeem PlayStation Network Card or Promotion Code.
5. The card code is case sensitive, enter as it is displayed. Remove spaces if accidentally captured when copying.

Steps to activate the card from the set-top box:
1. Register an account.
2. Select the Playstation Network icon.
3. Select "Account Management".
4. Enter "Transaction Management".
5. Select Playstation Network Card.
