The seller needs an exchange link in order for you to receive your item.
To find the link:

1. Log in to Steam via the client or browser.

2. Open the "Inventory" tab and click "Exchange Offers" (highlighted in blue).

3. On the right we find the item "Who can send me exchange offers?" and click on it.

4.Provide a unique code that will be generated by the service
