Los Sueños - STATE OF EMERGENCY: Los Sueños Police Department Chief Galo Alvarez issues an emergency message regarding the City of Los Sueños´ response to Hurricane Antonio. Massive property and environmental damage from record-breaking Category 5 Hurricane Antonio, with its wind speeds and rainfall, has reportedly affected most areas of the county. Patrol units are on high alert with checkpoints in place. Fire and Rescue Medical Centers have been erected around the perimeter of major hospitals where possible. Temporary homeless shelters have been established outside of hard-hit areas and in the Sierra del Sueños Mountains. Home invasions are widespread and have been met with an emergency response from LSPD SWAT.

Areas of confirmed looting and civil unrest:

GREENSIDE - Catastrophic storm damage. Most homeless people are seeking shelter due to unsafe conditions on the streets. Keep doors and windows barricaded.

213 PARK - Significant storm damage. Evidence of gang-related activity is widespread and the potential for gang-related violence is unusually high. Avoid any displays of gang affiliation and be wary of groups of people outdoors.

REDWOOD - Limited storm damage. An organized movement of possible burglars has been detected in the area. Keep gates or any fencing closed and locked and valuables secured. Keep power generators in secure but well-ventilated areas.
