The irresponsible treatment of Petka and HIV with a valuable mechanism - a time machine - has put the world in danger of catastrophe: the entire village of Gadyukino has ended up in America, and this threatens with irreversible consequences of a universal scale.

Both old acquaintances from previous episodes - Anka (now an FBI Agent), Furmanov (now a Mormon preacher) and Pasechnik, who suddenly discovered a rare gift of a painter, and new characters that we have never met before will help Petka and HIV.

The game has 70 game scenes - which means several days of the most exciting game. This is a worthy successor to the series about Petka and HIV!
