REDEEMER is a brutal and uncompromising beat ´em up game where you´ll punch, hack and shoot your way through crowds of enemies using fists, hammers, firearms and the surrounding objects. It grabs this seemingly outdated genre and mercilessly drags it into 2017 with an advanced combat system and dozens of unique types of killing. REDEEMER is a game for those who are tired of endless snot and have long waited for a modern version of the genre!
Play as an elite operative named Vasily, who worked for many years for one of the world´s largest manufacturers of cybernetic weapons. Officially hired as a security officer, he was in fact assigned tasks such as covert infiltration, assassination, extortion and even torture. But when the corporation decided to turn Vasily into one of their cyborgs, he fled to the East to a secluded monastery high in the snowy mountains.
• Intense action: destroy your enemies using a full range of firearms and melee weapons - combat knives, shock batons, fire axes, sledgehammers and more
• Bloody hand-to-hand combat: use your mercenary skills to beat up your opponents with the most brutal moves, all sorts of combos, charge attacks and jump attacks
• Unique assassination system: mercilessly exterminate your enemies in three different ways. Sneak through the levels, gracefully eliminating your enemies from behind. Use the environment to smash their heads, impale them on stakes or throw them into the fire (and many more options!). • Parry system: skillfully defend yourself by pressing the "block" button at the right time. Learn the behavior and attacks of different enemies to successfully parry, and then arrange a real dance of death for all those who dared to challenge you
• Disarm and dismemberment system: with the help of advanced combat techniques, take weapons from your enemies right out of their hands, or tear off their hands and use them as melee weapons
• Brutal and intriguing storyline: uncover Vasily´s dark and bloodthirsty past and go through a story of insidious betrayal and inevitable redemption with him
