How to understand that you can not use coins- go to the minute chart, if the chart there looks like a ladder- do not touch the coin. If you are ready to lose, for example, 10% of the deposit on the trade, then with a stop loss value of 5%, put 2 leverage and so on. If there are a lot of transactions, then do not use leverage, since the deposit can be loaded with transactions.
