Samisov Regional Court convicted Villisov

Willisov was convicted under part 1 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to imprisonment for a term of two years, under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code to 13 years in prison. In imposing a final sentence, the court applied the principle of absorption of a less severe punishment by a more strict one (part 2 of article 69 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and determined the punishment of 13 years of imprisonment in a penal colony.
