Start LLC (Director Sechkin) imported perishable goods (milk and cream) to the territory of the Russian Federation in the amount of 12 million rubles. and in accordance with Art. 333 of the Customs Code of the Russian Federation received a deferment from customs payments for three months. Immediately after customs clearance of products, Sechkin sold Flamingo LLC under a sales contract and, together with Rotmistrova, chief accountant, resigned from Start LLC. There were no other employees in this organization.
