Case-task 5
Company A is a former start-up providing comprehensive services in the field of additional education for children of preschool and school age. It works in the format of a children´s club, on the basis of which various services are provided, including holding events, psychologist´s seminars and, of course, a set of circles and courses for children. Things have gone uphill for the company and the management is thinking about expanding.
The company has two founders, but from the point of view of the organizational form, the business is organized on the basis of the IP of one of the founders. The second founder, who participated financially and organizationally in the formation of the business, trusts the first one and the relationship is built on a trusting basis.
At the moment, the business structure consists of one children´s club in a residential area of Moscow (the premises are on a long-term lease), as well as online programs that can be completed remotely on the children´s club´s own website. The staff is paid on a piece-rate basis. Coaches, a psychologist and other staff are involved in one-time work.
Due to thoughtful work on promotion on the Internet, as well as careful attention to the quality of services, even within the framework of the huge competition in the Moscow market, the club is successful in the region, the flow of visitors is constantly growing, and stable positive financial results have appeared.
The founders are thinking about expanding the business. Help them form a development strategy.
