Telegram Parser Bot — Parsing channel and group members

A Python script for parsing members from any Telegram channels and groups.

**What it can do:**
- Parsing channel/group members (up to 10,000)
- Two modes: all members OR active writers (those who actually write in the chat)
- Filters: only active, with photo, with username
- Bypass Telegram´s limit (200 per request) through alphabetical collection
- Export to CSV and JSON
- Proxy support (SOCKS5/HTTP)
- Anti-ban: random delays, auto-wait during floods
