Product description
The accountant Kolesnikov received by bank transfer in the store on the basis of a power of attorney valuable gifts worth 5,000 rubles. to reward production leaders. However, he presented gifts to the plant only in the amount of 1,570 rubles, explaining that the remaining gifts had been stolen by someone from the car when he drove home for dinner.
The plant appealed to the district court with a claim for compensation by Kolesnikov for the full amount of damage.
The court partially satisfied the lawsuit of the plant - within the limits of the defendant´s monthly earnings, motivating its decision by the fact that Kolesnikov is not a financially responsible person. The plant appealed the decision of the district court.
