The driver of the trading company, Saveliev, left, without locking and removing the ignition key, a car belonging to the company at the store for a few minutes without supervision. Loader Potapov, being drunk, hijacked the car and hit Hubarev. As a result of the accident, Kubarev received injuries and became disabled in the second group. He appealed to the court to Potapov, demanding compensation for the harm caused to his health.
