The driver Stepanov was recognized as a disabled person of group 3. The employee submitted a certificate to MSEC and wrote a letter of resignation of his own free will under paragraph 3 of Art. 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. However, the employer dismissed him under paragraph 8 of Art. 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Due to the presence of such an entry in the work book, Stepanov could not get another job.
