Content: S19-183.docx 15,06 kB
Product description
The head of the local administration filed a lawsuit against A. Goncharov to invalidate the agreement on the transfer of the apartment to the property. The plaintiff referred to the fact that the defendant signed it on behalf of V. Goncharov on the basis of a power of attorney, whose action ceased due to the death of the principal.
The defendant is the son of V. Goncharov and on his behalf executed the application and other necessary documents for the privatization of the apartment where his father lived. The elder Goncharov did not leave his wills, but the son is his only heir by law. At the hearing, A. Goncharov claimed that his father had begun privatizing the apartment shortly before his death, but could not complete it for reasons beyond his control.
