Концентрация молекул водорода (частиц газа) равна половине концентрации электронов. Это замечание на ответ ваш не влияет.
Вообще в задаче спрашивают про поступательное движение частиц, а вы в задаче вычисляете, то есть добавляете кинетическую энергию и вращательного движения молекул-ионов водорода. Для молекул степень свободы тоже нужно брать iм = 3 по условию задачи
