At first glance, everything was very simple - stop the mad scientist, liberate the lands and ride off into the sunset. But sometimes the defeat of one villain only opens the way for even more sinister forces. Incredible adventures continue, and Van Helsing, the famous monster hunter, returns to save the world once again in the company of a charming ghost companion, Lady Katarina. The gothic metropolis of mad science is on the brink of destruction - the streets are plunged into chaos and a new enemy is hatching plans for revenge. It´s time to infiltrate the dark side of Borgova and the forbidden wild lands, but beware - you are not the only one hiding behind the mask.

Key Features:

Three Different Classes - The sequel to the gothic noir adventure features three very different classes to choose from: the classic Hunter, who wields firearms and melee skills; the Thaumaturge, who specializes in magical rites; and the Mechanic Sorcerer, an expert in deadly traps. All of these classes are included in the base game.
Hunter´s Lair - The sequel also features the return of the Hunter´s Lair. It´s the perfect place to store your collected treasures, trade with NPCs, teleport around the world, craft new items, use the Alchemy Lab, and receive new quests from allies who have joined the Resistance to fight evil science.
An expanded Tower Defense minigame - defend your Lair and other strategic locations from waves of enemies using traps and several upgradeable features to ward off evil. The mini-game mechanics have been improved, and 7 more levels have been added as additional side quests.
Resistance Leadership - As the leader of the Borgovian Resistance, you will command allied forces, upgrade the equipment of Resistance fighters, and search for items that will enhance them.
Rage System - You can charge up to three skill modifiers, called boosts, for 8 active skills. This is done using Rage points, which are earned for impressive achievements.
Unique companion - Lady Katarina, a sharp-tongued ghost who comes to Van Helsing´s aid, has her own set of abilities, behaviors, and two skill trees.
Rune Crafting - In addition to crafting, enchanting, and imbuing items with essences, another option has appeared for changing items to your liking. Artifacts can be disassembled, broken into magical fragments, which can be turned into magical runes. These runes, in turn, can be modified and embedded into new items, turning them into various powerful artifacts.
Beast in the Lair - Chimera is a unique creature. It is an artificial monster straight from the depths of the Darkness, whose abilities can be improved over time. It can be sent into battle, as well as into the Darkness to hunt for treasures.
Trophy Hall - The Lair can be decorated with trophies that affect the game world, whether it is strengthening monsters, increasing the magical abilities of all allies, or turning Katarina into a more deadly ghost.
Multiplayer mode - Measure your strength with friends in PVP mode (8 players) or join forces and go through the story campaign in co-op mode (4 players).
