Product description
The Kirsanov brothers - Oleg, Maxim and Nikita - together with Sergeyev, who left abroad, signed a contract of hiring a two-story house belonging to him on the right of ownership for a period of three years.
The contract indicated that in the premises allocated to Oleg, his wife, their child, security guard and personal driver with his wife would live permanently. Nikita and Maxim as permanent residents indicated only their wives. The brothers agreed to pay the rent for a house and utility bills on a monthly basis, distributing it in equal shares to each family member.
Some time later, Oleg announced that he would pay only for himself, his wife and child, since the driver, his wife and the guard under the housing legislation (Article 69 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation) are not members of the family.
Due to a dispute, payment was overdue for 4 months. The representative of the owner filed a lawsuit to collect the entire amount of debt from one of the brothers - Oleg, since Maxim and Nikita are often on the road and it is difficult to contact them.
