Description of Mature Content: Players use weapons such as pistols, rifles, and homemade explosives, as well as close-range fear with chokeholds, bats, and metal pipes to defend themselves from the infected and other survivors. Players can also engage in stealth combat using a close-up camera. However, the use of weapons and explosives may result in disembowelment and/or dismemberment. Cutscenes depict intense acts of war, including themes of suicide and torture. Cutscenes depict further developments in the revolution, such as a man being tied up and hung from a noose before being disemboweled, and a scene where a young woman is held down while an enemy smashes her arm with a hammer. The game contains some sexual content: a couple undresses and briefly engages in sexual intercourse; A couple can be heard grunting/groaning as the screen fades to black (shown above the waist with topless women). Some of the infected character designs are shown with their breasts and genitals exposed. A scene is shown of two characters smoking a marijuana joint in a room full of marijuana plants.
