The Outer Worlds is an award-winning single-player first-person sci-fi RPG published by Obsidian Entertainment and Private Division.

In The Outer Worlds, you awaken after hibernation on a settler ship lost on its way to Halcyon, the farthest Earth colony on the edge of the galaxy. You find yourself in the center of a large-scale conspiracy that threatens the existence of the entire colony. The character you create will be able to influence the course of this story, exploring the depths of space and meeting numerous factions fighting for power. A new unpredictable variable appears in the system of equations of the corporate colony - this is you.

• RPG, where the player determines the development of the plot
Obsidian studio is true to its traditions, so the events in The Outer Worlds depend on you. Your decisions affect not only the plot, but also the development of the character, the fate of companions and the ending of the game.

• Good news: you are not perfect
The Outer Worlds has a unique system of flaws. They shape the character of any bright hero. The game analyzes your actions and determines what you do worst. Are you constantly attacked by raptidons? Choose the flaw "raptiphobia" and you will become weaker against these terrible creatures, but you will receive an additional ability for this. Thanks to this choice, you will be able to create a unique character during your travels around Halcyon.

• Manage your companions
As you explore the distant colony, you´ll meet many characters who are ready to join your team. They have unique abilities, goals, motives, and ideals. You can help each companion achieve their cherished goal or use them for your own benefit.

• Explore a corporate colony
Halcyon is a colony on the edge of the galaxy, owned and operated by a corporate board of directors. They have power over everything... except for the alien monsters that appeared after a failed attempt to terraform two of the colony´s planets. Get a ship, assemble a crew, and set off to explore settlements, space stations, and other corners of Halcyon full of mysteries.
