On PS4 from a TURKISH account: Settings > Account Management > Activate as the main PS4 system > Activate (if you already have another account activated, deactivate it)
On PS5 from a TURKISH account: Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play > Enable
If you did everything correctly, the add-on purchased with a Turkish PSN account will appear in the game in Russian, but it will not be displayed as purchased.
