Product description
Through the main pipeline, the liquid "Zh" enters the storage tank, from which it is distributed to consumers. The storage tank has a sufficient volume and is equipped with a pressure control valve that ensures the system operates in the pressure range on Pmin to Pmax. At the moment, all consumers except one are disconnected. The pressure gauges read the pressure P1 at the inlet to the main pipeline and the pressure P2 when the fluid is supplied to the consumer. The length of the main pipeline from manometer 1 to the storage tank is L1, diameter is D1. The pipeline is made of material M1. The supply pipeline has a length from the storage tank to the pressure gauge 2 - L2, diameter - D2, material - M2. There are local resistances in the supply and inlet pipelines.
1. Determine the mass flow rate of the liquid.
2. At some point in time, an accident occurs in the storage tank, resulting in a leak with an area of Sa. Determine the amount of fluid leakage (kg / s). The leakage flow coefficient should be taken equal to 0.6.
