182 year. Internal conflicts plague the Han Empire. China is on the verge of anarchy. The imperial court is mired in corruption, while the north of the country is struck by a terrible famine. More and more people believe that Emperor Ling has lost his Heavenly Mandate - and hence the right to rule. Across the country, dissatisfied with the government huddle in groups, put on yellow armbands and take up arms. The movement is headed by three Taoist brothers - Zhang Jue, Zhang Liang and Zhang Bao. They are eager to destroy the rotten Han power and to establish a new dynasty on the throne - a dynasty of harmony and peace. The ranks of the rebels already number thousands of people, their number is multiplying every day. Under the Han banner, the princes loyal to the emperor gather - powerful and influential military leaders. But among them there are those who hide their own ambitious plans. If the Han Dynasty gets even weaker - who will snatch the scepter of power from its hands? The Heavenly Mandate Chapter Set tells the story of the Yellow Turban Uprising, allowing players to take part in these events on the side of loyalists or rebels. The campaign introduces a number of new factions and many characters to the game. It begins in A.D. 182. The Han Dynasty: As part of the free game update, which will be released alongside the Mandate of Heaven, all Han factions will be able to use a new form of government - an empire. Emperor Ling uses this mechanic initially. The factions that make up the empire are allies, but the emperor has powers of power that prevent allies from voting on war and peace. It should be noted that the abuse of this power can cause a split in the empire ... Liu Hong (Emperor Lin) leads a special form of imperial rule in the "Heavenly Mandate": in order to effectively resist the Yellow Bands, he must receive power from his allies in the empire. He also has the opportunity to build the Imperial Palace, an extremely expensive structure that gives the Emperor powerful bonuses and is guarded by the strongest garrison in the game. Victory Conditions For the Han factions, the victory conditions coincide with the 190 AD campaign. e., however, they should hurry, because rivals are not asleep. The key to victory will be choosing the right moment to begin the struggle for the throne, as well as expanding into an area where the rebels have taken root. The only exception is Liu Hong (Emperor Ling), for whom victory conditions change depending on his government reforms. Han factions Liu Hong (Emperor Ling) Liu Hong is the ruler of the Han empire, whose situation is getting worse. Rebellions break out everywhere, and discontent is brewing among the vassal princes. The imperial court has come under the complete control of self-serving, corrupt eunuchs, who silence anyone who dares to challenge them. The imperious wife of the emperor is desperately fighting the influence of the eunuchs, but the emperor´s inaction nullifies her efforts. Liu Hong dominates the vast domains of the Han vassals, but the situation is already out of control - due to popular discontent and hostilities, many te
