Turmoil invites users to play a charming, tongue-in-cheek parody of the simulation based on the 19th century oil rush in North America. Experience the rush and competition of the times as you move towards becoming a successful oilman. As you earn money by extracting and selling oil, the city will grow with you.
Rent land at the city auction and look for oil. Build a drilling and efficient pipeline network and pump oil into storage tanks. Sell oil at the best time to maximize your profits. Then buy important upgrades in the city to deal with rocks, gas and ice. Buy more shares of the city than your competitors in a bid to become the new mayor.
