Under the Waves is a narrative adventure game about the all-consuming power of grief. Set in the techno-futuristic 1970s, the story takes place in the depths of the North Sea, where professional diver Stan struggles to overcome the consequences of the loss that has turned his life upside down and embrace a new future. Isolation in the depths of the sea suits his state of mind perfectly, and as Stan sinks deeper into his self-imposed solitude, strange things begin to happen to him deep below the waves. Ultimately, he has to make difficult choices.

Celebrating the oceans, Under The Waves invites you to immerse yourself in a beautiful underwater world that expertly combines cinematic special effects and touching storytelling. Live a fascinating story through the eyes of Stan and guide him through a series of unpredictable events that will plunge him deeper and deeper into the abyss that is a reflection of his own soul.
Walk along the vast seabed, control Stan´s bathyscaphe and meet the beautiful fauna that keep Stan company while he´s trapped in his own head. Explore caves, shipwrecks and underwater enterprises in Stan´s special diving suit, following mysterious manifestations of his memories to find a way to the surface and save your life. Collect materials and craft equipment that will help Stan further along his path of self-discovery. You´ll have to go off the beaten path to experience mesmerizing moments and learn more about the tragic past he´s trying to escape...
