Upon completion of collective bargaining

Upon completion of collective bargaining between representatives of the employer (OJSC) and the trade union committee of the joint-stock company representing the interests of workers, the draft collective agreement (taking into account comments received from structural units) was submitted to the conference of the organization’s employees. During the discussion of the project at the suggestion of one of the workers, it was decided by a majority of votes to forward the draft collective agreement for approval to the sectoral territorial trade union body and only after its approval to sign the collective agreement.
In what order is a collective agreement developed, adopted, signed and enforced? Is it subject to registration and who carries out such registration?
