The Su25K is an export version of the soviet strike aircraft developed in the mid 1980s It participated in many conflicts including the IranIraq War in mid 1980s and also the Persian Gulf War in early 1990s The aircraft proved to be higly effective and is still in the service in the air forces of Bulgaria Iran and Iraq The Su25K is armed with a VPU17A gun mount with a 30mm dualbarrel cannon GSh302 In terms of suspended weaponry the various options can be used including two airtoair guided missiles R60MK up to four airtosurface guided missiles S25L Kh25 Kh25ML or two Kh29L up to eight 500 250 or up to thirty two 100 kg bombs unguided rockets S5 S8 S24 S13 S25 in various modifications and also four external gun pods SPPU2201 with 23 mm GSh23L cannons The premium Su25K version carries a Czechoslovak Air Force livery In addition the aircraft is equipped with decoys and chaffs as terms of countermeasure against radar guidance systems
