Wife of locksmith Belkin turned to the director

Belkin’s wife turned to the director of the Progress plant, where he worked, and asked for an impact on her husband, who drinks almost all of his wages. The director ordered Belkin to pay his wife monthly. Upon learning of this, Belkin turned to the plant´s CCC with a request to cancel this order, since he works in the organization, and not his wife.
