Foreword
Presented the manuscript is dedicated to the most common problems of the philosophy of history / philosophy of society / and the methodology of its study.
Undoubtedly, this is an area which is in the public consciousness today is a complete "white spot", studded with fragments of the collapsed ideology and interest in society at large. This means that the book probably will buy. Further, the author came to this area, so to speak "from outside", but not burdened by any prejudice, any positive experience and a fresh eye area looked a man who has solid knowledge in other areas. This fresh perspective is always useful. I must say that in many crucial provisions of the position of the author appeals to me. Finally, the book is written lightly, with a defiant humor and consequently easily understood.
I consider the publication of the book AL Vugal'ter useful in our restless and searching for a society to overcome the dead weight of tradition.
