5. The consideration of a disputable situation is made within 3-5 working days. We cooperate only with official distributors, and this time is necessary for inquiry and analysis of product information (includes: checking for defects, checking the activation time of the product);
6. If a dispute arises, the seller has the right to request additional evidence from the buyer to prove that the product is defective. Such evidence may include a video recording of the activation process, screenshots or other relevant materials. If the buyer fails to provide sufficient evidence, the seller reserves the right to refuse to consider a refund or exchange;
7. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the terms of this return policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not purchase digital cards from our store. If you continue to buy a digital item after changes to this return policy, it means you agree to the changes.
