When studying the adsorption of dissolved organic matter on the interface between an aqueous solution and air, it was found that the area occupied by a molecule of organic matter in the surface layer at maximum surface filling is equal to S0 and is given in Table 5. The same table shows the values of the density of the adsorbed substance (ρ ) and its molar mass (M). Calculate the length of an organic molecule, which is approximately equal to the thickness of the surface layer.
