The flow regime in the pipe should be adopted laminar. Neglect the weight of the plunger.
It is set: the weight of the accumulator cargo G = 420 kN = 420 * 103 N; pressing force F = 690 kN = 690 * 103 N; piston diameter D1 = 220mm = 0.22 m; the diameter of the plunger D2 = 300mm = 0.3 m; pipeline diameter d = 26 mm = = 0.026m; pipe length l = 150 m; fluid density = 900 kg / m3; fluid viscosity = 0.2 St = 2 * 10-5 m2 / s.
