Employees of the company are determined by Category: manager, supervisor and work. the company´s customer service work is carried out general clerical group. Each employee can make an order for the execution of the work, filling out a form, which includes information on the category of employee applying for the execution of works, ID - job number, and enter the time in which the work will be performed. This information is stored in the record. Applications for works entered into the priority queue with priority determined by employee category. This ordering is used to determine the performance of the operation. Applications in all priorities are loaded from the file. Elements are extracted from the queue and executed. The need to keep a separate array total amount of time spent servicing each of the different types of employees.
Coursework is designed in Borland Builder 6 C ++. The archive is represented by the software source code.
