Explanatory note to the diploma project contains 97 pages (interval 1), + 9 A1-size drawings (Ascon Kompas 5.11)
Purpose - improving the quality of work performance equipment line charge preparation and quality of the raw materials (the percentage of the total weight of the components in the blend). This explanatory note includes the following sections: a common part; special part; "Installation, maintenance and repairs"; electrical parts; organizational part; part of the economic and health and safety and the environment.
The general part reflected such issues as: a brief description of the company, management traffic flows coal blanks technology of coal blocks, the characteristic of the mechanical equipment management and described "bottlenecks" workshops and activities to address them.
In a special part of the review and analysis of designs feeders and crushers, described the device and operation of the dispenser and crushers, are suggestions for the modernization of the line charge preparation, calculations are the most loaded units and parts of the equipment.
In the "Installation, maintenance and repair," explains the preparation for operation, control and adjustment crusher order of business, technology, service and maintenance of the crusher, is a calculation of slings, interference fit, foundation and anchor bolts.
