Graduation project includes an explanatory note 130 sheets and graphic material sheets 8 graphics A1.
In the design of the device was designed electric circuit diagram. The first section of the explanatory note describes the theoretical knowledge about the processes of combustion in the engine, detonation processes, methods of their detection. In the second section, designed functional circuit devices manufactured range of elements of electric concept, described the composition, purpose and principle of operation of the device, circuit diagrams designed microprocessor unit and other circuits. In the third section, calculated the elements of the electrical schematic diagram of the device to detect detonation, as well as a source of stabilized voltage, the rectifier and transformer. The technological section describes the basic methods of manufacturing printed circuit boards, instrument design, and the knock sensor in the economic section calculated the costs of research and development activities of this unit.
