LLC Invest-real estate, is the owner of non-residential premises. Director General A.A. Ivanov, in violation of the charter, without obtaining approval at the general meeting of the LLC participants, signed the contract of sale of the property owned by the said LLC, while the agreement on state registration was not handed over. The participants of LLC, having learned about the illegal actions of A.A. Ivanov, removed him from the position, appointing a new director, Petrov B.B. The director, B. B. Petrov, realizing that the actions of the previous director were illegal and wishing to prevent the registration of the transfer of rights, filed a notice of objection with the Rosreestr.
