Set current 2016 form below for conducting the migration accounting for foreign workers in "1C: Salary and Personnel Management 8" (version 2.5). The solution is implemented all the special forms that under the legislation the employer must apply for employment of foreign workers in the Migration Service, the Department of Labor and Employment and the tax office. The module is mounted on top of a standard configuration that allows you to not remove it from the support and automatically perform updates the knowledge base.
All information on migration registration is entered in the "Employees" in the "Advanced" tab for each individual employee. The rest of the information for the fields printed forms filled in automatically with data from "1C".

Module "migration registration" includes the following plates:
1. Print the form Notice of employment contract or a civil contract for works (services) with a foreign citizen, who arrived in the Russian Federation in a manner not requiring a visa. This form is approved in the Appendix to the Order number 5 FMS of Russia on June 28, 2010 № 147.
2. Print the form of Notice of termination of the employment contract or a civil contract for works (services) with a foreign citizen, who arrived in the Russian Federation in a manner not requiring a visa. This form is approved in the Appendix to the Order number 10 FMS of Russia on June 28, 2010 № 147.
3. Print the form Notice of a leave without pay of more than one calendar month during the year to a foreign citizen who has arrived in the Russian Federation in a manner not requiring a visa. This form is approved in the Appendix to the Order number 9 FMS of Russia on June 28, 2010 № 147.
4. Print the form of Notice of solicitation of (tax) - "Notice of attraction and use of foreign workers," which is served in the Internal Revenue Service.
5. Print the form Notification of arrival - "Notice of arrival of a foreign citizen in the place of residence" (green form).
6. Print an application form for a permit - "Application for issuance of a foreign citizen or stateless person a work permit, arriving in a manner not requiring a visa". This form is approved in Annex 2 to the Order number of FMS of Russia of December 25, 2006 № 370.
7. Print the form of a special employment contract - convenient form of employment contract on 2 pages (you can print on a single sheet of A4).
