Schumacher bought a used Japanese car in Vladivostok. To deliver the car to the Polar Urals, Schumacher entered into an agreement with Pit-Stop LLC (Vladivostok), according to which Pit-Stop LLC undertook to deliver the car to Sverdlovsk-Sortirovochnaya station. On the way in the vicinity of the Mogoch station, unknown teenagers stoned the windshield of a car. Since, under the agreement, Pit-Stop LLC undertook to deliver the car in the condition in which it was handed over, Schumacher decided to bring a claim for damages to Pit-Stop LLC.
In which court from the point of view of territorial jurisdiction can a lawsuit be filed, given that Schumacher, by the nature of his activity, does not have a permanent residence in the Russian Federation?
