Product description
Construction of Shuhart control maps Xi-MR (individual values and sliding swings) and X-R (averages and swings) based on the entered data using EXCEL. The number of subgroups k-no more than 100, the number of observations in subgroup n-no more than 10. The stability of the process is evaluated, a histogram is constructed for individual values, Cpk and Ppk and ppm indices are calculated.
Additional information
Data on subgroups is entered in a column in light green cells on the "data" sheet. Graphs and an assessment of the stability of the process will appear on the corresponding sheets. To get the Cpk and Ppk and ppm indexes, you must enter the value of the tolerance field in the LSL and USL cells on each sheet. For graphs of individual values and averages, an axis format may be required if the values of some data are very different from other data.
