The court of the city of Tyumen received an order from the city court of Tbilisi (Georgia) to hand in a copy of the statement of claim and to question the defendant in the case of collecting alimony. The court did not fulfill this order, indicating the following: Citizen B, summoned to the courtroom, claimed that he was not familiar with the plaintiff and, therefore, was not the defendant in the case. Does the court have the right not to execute a court order on the indicated grounds? What order of execution of court orders is provided for by the international treaty and the legislation of the Russian Federation?
